John Adams is an internationally acclaimed multi-camera director specializing in live music, large-scale entertainment formats, and global live events.

 

Based in London, he has built a career spanning more than two decades, launching and directing some of the biggest television shows and live productions across the UK and the US for major broadcasters, streaming platforms, entertainment companies, and global brands.

His credits include the hit US music game shows Don't Forget the Lyrics! and Beat Shazam, alongside major international events such as Coachella, The Ivors, and The TikTok Live Fest Awards. John is highly experienced in leading large-scale productions, managing international teams and crews across both live and pre-recorded environments.

Known for his expertise in music and entertainment, John has directed productions featuring some of the industry's biggest artists. Most recently, he collaborated with Grammy-nominated artist Addison Rae on her world tour and Coachella performances. Additional music credits include Demi Lovato, Olivia Rodrigo, Keke Palmer, Jason Derulo, Rema, Zara Larsson, Kaiser Chiefs, and Charlie Puth.

John has also worked closely with some of the world's most recognizable presenters and personalities during live broadcasts of stars such as: Jamie Foxx, Nick Cannon, Kelly Osbourne, Niecy Nash, Ant & Dec, Gordon Ramsay, and LeVar Burton.
